Fai questa procedura:
Disinstalla Msi Dragon Center
Disinstalla MSI Sdk tramite il pannello di controllo
Riavvia il PC
Vai in C ed elimina la cartella MSI
Svuota il cestino
Riavvia il pc
Installa Msi Center da nuovo ed installa solo la gestione dei led dato che ti serve solo quella.

Io ho eseguito la procedura e non mi tocca la gestione del risparmio energetico

Ciao, ho avuto lo stesso tuo problema e ho risolto installando la versione Dragon Center vecchia disponibile sul windows store, disinstallando l'ultima (quella che si trova sul sito MSI)
