Chiedo ancora aiuto visto che non sono riuscito ancora a risolvere il problema con i BSOD. Oggi mi sono arrivati due nuovi banchi di RAM compatibili con la mobo asrock h170 pro4. Ho riformattato Windows 10 64 bit con una chiavetta usb, aggiornato tutti i driver e avviato driver verifier... niente da fare ancora BSOD proprio all'avvio. Ecco il report, oramai non so più cosa fare e ho perso la speranza:
