Ho fatto anche la scansione con Adware e con spybot per assicurarmi non ci fossero virus o altro
Ho usato hijacthis e non ha trovato nulla.
Lo scandisk ha trovato due cluster danneggiati.
Ho fatto l'analisi della memoria con il tool integrato di windows, ma non ha visto nulla.
Ho aggiornato tutti i driver di sistema, fatto gli aggiornamenti di windows update.
Al momento del crush avevo aperto chrome con 4 pagine e stavo guardando un pdf.
Il portatile era caldo penso dove ci sia il dissipatore dove c'è la fuoriuscita del calore.
Ho usato cleaner per la pulizia.
