sembra essere il driver video,

-avvia in modalità provvisoria e disinstalla tutti i prodotti NVIDIA
-riavvia normalmente
-scarica gli ultimi driver whql per il tuo modello di scheda video dal sito nvidia, scegliendo il tuo sistema operativo e installali.

aggiorna le directx dal sito microsoft,

che scheda video è, temperature sotto sforzo? (verifica l'eventuale accumulo di polvere e provvedi a rimuoverlo con un pennellino)

se sei in overclock, metti tutto a default (solo scheda video)

sotto sforzo intendevo che dovevi laciare un applicazione o un gioco che faccia lavorarer la gpu al massimo e riportare la massima temperatura registrata, per monitorare la temperatura puoi usare gpu-z sotto la voce "sensors" dopo aver lanciato ad esempio heaven benchmark dell'unigine, cliccare fino a che non appare la scritta max e dirmi la temp max registrata.
