Ciao a tutti, ho comprato il pc questa estate a pezzi e l'ho fatto assemblare. Da quando ce l'ho mi ha dato i seguenti problemi: quando accendo il pc dopo un po' durante il caricamento si riavvia da solo per un paio di volte poi parte senza problemi. a volte il pc si riavvia da solo, sia quando gioco sia quando navigo sia quando non lo uso per niente. a volte mi da il blue screen e a volte no, non faccio in tempo a leggere cosa scrive che si riavvia subito. quando parte bene può capitare che ho dei problemi con la riproduzione audio e sono costretto a riavviare manualmente, oppure capita che alcuni programmi non li apre e devo riavviare per risolvere. inutile dire che sono stufo. Come faccio a capire da cosa dipende?
la configurazione se può aiutare è questa:
cpu fx 6300 6 core amd
vga 3dclub hd 7790 1gb
ali lc power 650W 60+ bronze game
mb msi 970a g46
ram 2x4gb vengeance blue low profile 1600mhz

ps. ho notato una cosa, un pomeriggio ho attaccato il pc alla tv e l'avvio era diverso, cioè la schermata di caricamento windows era diversa mentre nel monitor pc che ho sembra vecchio stile xp. e cosa più importante usando il pc sulla tv non dava nessun tipo di problema, ne di blue screen, ne di programmi, niente. sto scapocciando aiutatemi :grat:

aggiorna tutti i driver dal sito del produttore pc o della tua mobo

aggiornare i driver relativi al chipset e scheda video

sopratutto sul sito della mobo per il chipset, scheda di rete e SATA , poi se hai la scheda video nvidia o ati ecc..sul relativo sito,

questi sono i driver della mobo, ce ne sono diversi, li scarico e installo tutti? dammi una mano che non sono praticissimo

ps. ho win 7 64bit



scarica solo audio e pci ethernet realtek e driver scheda video ati , per il controller RAID dell' hdd dovresti comprare un lettore floppy usb sennò rivolgerti in un laboratorio di assistenza tecnica e farlo fare da loro, il driver usb 3.0 lascialo perdere

anzi fai anche il driver usb 3.0, e poi vai in centro assistenza o comprati un lettore floppy per aggiornanare il driver hard disk

cioè scarichi il driver raid lo scompatti e copi tutti i file contenuti nella cartella sul floppy disk quindi avvia il pc entra nel bios e imposta come primario il dispositivo USB (floppy) e quando rileva il tuo disco raid, premi F6 per aggiornare

mentre aggiornavo i driver video mi ha dato un errore "impossibile installare alcuni dati del pacchetto" e dopo un po' mi ha fatto schermata nera e poi blue screen, si è riavviato due volte..

ho provato a riinstallare i driver video e mi dice che ho l'ultima versiona installata. ho installato anche i driver usb della mobo e anche i driver pci ethernet realtek. quali mancano ora?

fai cosi , start/esegui e digita msinfo32 e invia quindi espandi componenti e seleziona archiviazione, quindi dalla barra in alto FILE ed esporta , metti un nome es. hdd salvalo sul desktop e poi copi/incolla il contenuto del testo nella tua prossima risposta


ti mancano i driver audio realtek
