Avvio Windows xp lento

Ciao a tutti. Vi espongo un problema: ho una mia amica che ha un portatile HP nx6110. Il pc ha qualche anno ma è ancora funzionante. Gliel'ho formattato poco tempo fa e c'ho installato solo programmi necessari (tipo antivirus, e altri che le servono). La mia domanda è questa: all'avvio il pc ci mette molto tempo per caricare a pieno il desktop. Nella sezione dell'avvio i programmi che risultano attivi all'avvio di windows sono questi:

Secondo voi cosa posso disabilitare all'avvio (qualcosa che non serve)? Magari lo velocizziamo un pò. Poichè non so cosa muovere chiedo a voi esperti. Grazie mille dell'aiuto.

ciao disattiva tutti i servizi inutili e poi dimmi come va apri il blocco note incollaci questi comandi e salvalo come tutti i file con estensione cmd e poi lancialo da prompt dei comandi

Innanzitutto grazie per la risposta. Ma non è che poi disattivo qualche componente che mi serve per il funzionamento del pc? Perdona la domanda ma voglio essere sicuro prima di fare qualche guaio. Di quelle cose all'avvio di cui ho scritto non devo muovere nulla? Grazie mille per l'aiuto.

fidati che con quello script ho fatto resuscitare un notebook di 5/6 anni fà. Per l'avvio mi sembra pulito non dovrebbero esserci problemi
