Ciao a tutti sono nuovo e volevo postare un mio problema.
Dico subito che io di schede video e tutto ciò che riguarda i pezzi del computer non ne capisco niente.Il mio problema è che da più o meno un anno ho delle schermate blu con seguito di riavvio.Ho portato il pc in assistenza ma niente il problema persiste.Chiedo aiuto a voi ho cercato bug fix su youtube e su google ma nessuno ha il mio stesso problema ditemi voi quello che devo fare.Avevo intenzione di comprare un altro pc economico ma non so dove comprarlo e se devo comprarlo su internet non lo prenderei mai da ebay consigliatemi un sito dove posso prendere un pc economico ma buono oppure una risoluzione al mio problema.Vi ringrazio da subito per la vostra pazienza con me che sono idiota su pc ecc.
 
se vuoi il pc compra i pezzi da uno shop online e lo assembli tu e risparmi.

per il problema, devi dare più indicazioni, come quando ti fà schermate blu, che errori riporta, ecc.
 
Ho scaricato un programma ScreenBluView ma non so come si usa se conosci un programma migliore me lo potresti dire cosi ti posto il problema

ah devo sapere tutti i componenti del tuo pc.
 
Per il programma non c'è problema per i componenti come ho detto sono un'pò negato come posso dirteli?Scusa ancora per la mia incapacità
 
scarica cpu-z e posta i screen della 1°, 2°, 4°,5° tab. poi fai una foto all'interno del pc in modo da inquadrare tutti i componenti.

Io proverei a pulire i driver della scheda video....
Speriamo che hai un processore recente così hai la scheda video integrata e vediamo se con quella non ti dà problemi
 
Ansuel scusa se te lo chiedo ma come faccio a pulire i driver?T.T sono troppo imbranato sul pc scusate se vi do noia
