Aiuto BSoD mi perseguita!!!

Continuo ad ottenere BSoD su Windows Vista. La configurazione hw è quella di un HP Pavilion dv5-1144el. Analizzando il registro eventi scorro solo una paginata dei seguenti errori

DCOM ha ricevuto l'errore "%%1053" durante il tentativo di avviare il servizio Com4QLBEx con gli argomenti "" per eseguire il server
{DB536E5D-10F7-4B34-B443-140161048E2E}

Timeout (30000 millisecondi) durante l'attesa della connessione del servizio Com4QLBEx.

Il servizio Com4QLBEx non è stato avviato per il seguente errore:
Il servizio non ha risposto alla richiesta di avvio o controllo nel tempo previsto.

e del seguente warning

Il problema è probabilmente dovuto a un guasto hardware. Rivolgersi al fornitore dell'hardware per ulteriore assistenza nella diagnosi del problema.

Parecchio tempo fa avevo avuto un BSoD apparentemente molto legato a dei failure hw ed in particolare della RAM ma poi non ho più avuto problemi. Ora son 3 giorni che almeno 2 volte al giorno, all'avvio di Apache e MySQL sono costretto a riavviare.

Ho fatto il RAM test sia quello di Windows che quello di Ubuntu ma in entrambi i casi non riesco a completarlo perché la CPU va in protezione da surriscaldamento e mi si spegne il PC.

Avete qualche consiglio da darmi per confermare un problema alla RAM?

hai già provato a dare una pulita al sistema di dissipazione così da non mandarlo in protezione?

Fatto! Aria compressa sulle alette e sostituita la pasta termica del complesso CPU-GPU. Ho testato poi il tutto facendo girare Assassin's Creed Brotherhood per ore senza mai un crash o rallentamento. Questa è una foto delle condizioni in cui riversava prima della manutenzione: un HD e la batteria sono passati a miglior vita a causa delle alte temperature che sfioravano i 100°C.
