If we need to replace you with a new machine, you can send your bad machine to corresponding warehouse first,
after we recieved your bad machine, we will send you a new replacement machine for free if your machine is still under warranty due to quality issues.
Also we have the warehouse in UK, USA, EU, Canda, Austrilia, China and so on.
If your machine need to be repired, you can send your bad machine to China.
And we can confirm your machine is still under warranty according to the photo of your purchase record.
Also if your machine has something wrong, you can email us for potential solutions any time.
