PROBLEMA Accesso negato

Buona sera a tutti.
Mi era capitato già tempo fa che itunes mi desse questo errore , ma non interessandomi troppo questo software apple non mi diede mai troppo fastidio.
Oggi provo a installare il software debug di windows 8 (ho problemi con una schermata blu di windows e volevo capire di cosa si trattasse) e mi capita un altro errore , probabilmente della stessa natura.
Ho cercato molto su internet e sul forum trovando "soluzioni" che non hanno però risolto il mio problema, tra queste quella di andare in programdata e cambiare i permessi di Package Cache riscontrando però un ulteriore problema, infatti i permessi si cambiano provvisoriamente, infatti appena applicato le modifiche e chiuso proprietà, se provo a riaprirlo i permessi sono nuovamente come erano prima che io li modificassi.

P.S. sono amministratore del pc e questo errore in qualunque caso si presenta anche aprendo il programma dell'aggiornamento/installazione come amministratore.

Hai provato a fare click destro sull'app desiderata e cliccare poi su "Esegui come amministratore"? Sembra banale come cosa ma certe volte risolve il problema dell'access denied. Una volta mi capitò una cosa simile, avviai come amministratore l'app e problema risolto.

Ah allora prova ad abilitare il super amministratore, seguendo questa guida -> Super Administrator di Windows: cos'è e come si attiva? |'L'|
Prova ad aprire i programmi che ti restituivano l'errore accesso negato con suddetto user e vedi se risolvi, altrimenti proviamo altre soluzioni e ipotesi.

Stranissimo, eppure il super administrator può fare il gran cavolo che gli pare, ma hai provato a installare qualcos'altro e vedere se non da Access Denied?

Comunque prova questa strana combinazione, poi dopo proviamo qualcos'altro: Modalità Provvisoria-Super Administrator-Esegui app come amministratore.

P.S: Ho indicato la modalità provvisoria perché quando sei in questa modalità hai più autorizzazioni.

Ultimamente ho installato altri programmi e non davano questo problema. ora non sono sicuro, se dopo sapete dirmi come accertare questa cosa. ma il problema di itunes riguardava probabilmente la mancata autorizzazione per modificare o creare le chiavi di registro, non me ne intendo molto quindi non so bene nemmeno cosa voglia dire.

Prova a creare un altro account e vedi se riesci a risolvere il problema, altrimenti elimina l'installer dell'SDK di Windows e riscaricalo e iTunes invece lo disinstalli e reinstalli. Potrei pensare si tratta di virus dato che in genere fanno brutti scherzi con i permessi.

Infatti il super administrator è un altro account, ma in fondo crearne uno nuovo di user non nuoce mica (poi se vuoi lo cancelli), in fondo sto cercando di fartele provare tutte per risolvere il problema. Intanto hai provato con la modalità provvisoria-super admin-esegui app come amministratore?

Sì windows 10, ora sono in modalità provvisoria nell'utente super administrator e nonostante questo l'errore si ripresenta, uguale anche con un altro account. Se servisse qualche file o altro sono a completa disposizione ora.

Oggi provo a installare il software debug di windows 8 (ho problemi con una schermata blu di windows e volevo capire di cosa si trattasse)

Ma scusa, perchè tenti di installare il software di debug di Windows 8 se stai con Windows 10? Poi se vuoi analizzare una BSoD (schermata blu), usa Whocrashed che è fatto apposta.

Comunque, se neanche in modalità provvisoria con super admin e esegui come amministratore funziona, allora non ti so dire, penso si tratti di malware. Scaricati MalwareBytes Anti-Malware ed esegui una scansione completa (qualsiasi cosa trovi, cancellala).

Grazie mille per l'informazione su whocrashed, ora ho i file del bluescreen esportati da quest'ultimo. Malwarebytes non rileva nulla... Ma in questo momento non mi interessa più di tanto, le sdk non le devo installare, itunes sono riuscito quindi direi che quel problema è "superato", poichè ormai non mi crea più fastidio. Ora che ho i file di Whocrashed posso postare qua il file .htm? O devo creare una nuova discussione incentrata su quello?
