512 - Ventola Dello Chassis Posteriore Non Rilevata

Ho acquistato un nuovo case https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B015B3ROCC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Dopo aver montato tutto, ho acceso il pc e mi è apparsa questa scritta "512-ventola dello chassis posteriore non rilevata", premendo F1 si può eseguire il boot ugualmente ma il messaggio viene visualizzato ad ogni accensione.

Sono abbastanza molto sicuro di aver collegato a dovere la ventola: ho collegato il connettore a tre pin all'apposito connettore sulla motherboard (lo stesso nel quale avevo collegato la ventola del case precedente perfettamente funzionante).

La ventola funziona (almeno, gira), ma ho paura ci possa essere qualche problema di gestione da parte del computer, tipo che non aumenti la velocità a temperature più alte ecc.

La ventola del nuovo case (preinstallata) è più grande della ventola del vecchio case, quindi pensavo potesse essere un problema di velocità di default impostata nel bios, ma non so risolverlo e non sono per niente certo sia questo il problema.

allora essendo 3 pin dubito si possa modificare la velocita , detto cio il problema è in parte un problema , perche se la ventola gira teoricamente non ci dovrebbero essere grossi problemi... Noto pero che il case ha un suo fan controller , prova a collegare la ventola a quel controller

Dando uno sguardo rapido su internet, ho letto che potrebbe trattarsi di una differenza di rpm fra la vecchia ventola e la nuova, come stavi appunto supponendo

"Because a 200mm fan has a slower Rpm than a 120mm fan.

In your Bios you have an alarm where if the rpm speed is below it`s set value it will do one of two things say the fan is not there or has an error. Or presumes it`s not working if running below the rpm speed set up in fan monitoring of your bios.

All you have to do is check what the rpm value of the 200mm fan is default value.
Then go into your bios to the power section and lower the rpm value if you can so it does not trigger the error or alarm.

Or turn the option off to monitor the Rpm of that case fan.
The Rpm range of the 200mm fan is below for example the 600 rpm trigger, why you are getting the the 512 error."

Credo che dovresti trovare nel tuo bios l'opzione di monitoraggio degli rpm della ventola, e modificarla o disattivarla

Ciao, ho lo stesso problema... entrando nel bios mi dice solo a quanti rpm sta andando ma non mi permette di toccarla (Bios HP). Non ho più la ventola originale, come posso fare? Grazie.
