Xp non installa Framework 3.0 e 3.5

Ragazzi ho un problemone qualcuno puo' aiutarmi?
S.O. Windows XP sp2 aggiornatissimo
Sto provando ad installare un software che richiede le framework 3.0
Le framework 3.0 sono contenute nel DVD ed inizia l'installazione.
Dopo un po appare una X rossa, l'istallazione continua ma le framework non sono installate quindi al termine il software non funziona.
Allora ho già provato a disinstallare tutti i framework, ripulire con software consigliato da microsoft e reinstallare tutti i framwork....
I framework 1 - 1.1 - 2 e le relative patch e aggiornamenti si installano senza problemi mentre le 3.0 oppure le 3.5 niente da fare.

P.S. hio provato anche su un altro PC stesso S.O. ma molto più pulito, quasi vergine ed anche li lo stesso problema

Ho seguito scrupolosamente i consigli microsoft qui:

Possibile visualizzazione del codice di errore "0x643" di Windows Update o del codice di errore "1603" di Windows Installer durante il tentativo di installare un aggiornamento per .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 o 3.5

Niente, non funzionano, non si installano.....

HO RISOLTO! :)
Si trattava di andare su windows update, accedere alla cartella aggiornamenti facoltativi, e flaggare il framework mancante!:ok:
Adesso via di Architecture 2009!
