Buongiorno,
Ho acquistato dal Magazzino HK di Gearbest lo Xiaomi 13.3 con spedizione Italy express, assicurata e Tracciata Ma adesso, prima di inviarmelo mi scrivono che forse potrebbero esserci dei dazi da pagare e mi chiedono se voglio fare la spedizione in express line in 15 gg lavorativi.
Vale la pena fare quella in 15gg senza sapere se pagherò dazi o meno o continuo con la DHL?
Di seguito vi posto la loro richiesta in inglese:
I notcied that the shipping method you choose is DHL.
Please note: We can ship your order out via DHL, but due to the item’s status with Customs,the custom fee would be significantly high for you in your country,could you please tell us whether you can accept it?
Taxes are charged by local Customs Office and country regulations that is beyond our control.
We cannot know how much it will be.
In order to resolve this issue，we can change the shipping method to express line for your order.
The standard delivery time is 7-15 working days and there is avalable tracking number.
We cannot guarantee there is no taxes at all but according to out experience, if send the pacakge with express line, the risk is lower than DHL.
Please confirm if we can change the shipping methos to express line?
