PROBLEMA Workstation che si riavvia improvvisamente e con freeze momentanei

E' la stessa avvertenza che c'è sulle versioni precedenti e si riferisce al primo aggiornamento fatto a partire da quelle vecchie non a quelli che partono da una versione già aggiornata. Quindi non c'è problema per quello

quando entro nel bios per aggiornarlo tramite instant flash mi dice di disabilitare "ftpm e BitLocker Drive Encryption".

Ho trovato questa guida:

In OS:
1. Right-click the Menu button.
2. Left-click > Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption
3. Turn off BitLocker

In BIOS
1. BIOS setup > Advanced > Trusted Computing
2. Security Device Support to “Disable”

After flashing the BIOS, please enable the function.

è un passaggio necessario? e se sì è corretto?

Bitlocker non è attivo. Ma da bios in Trusted Computing è attivo Security Device Support, lo disattivo come indicato nella guida.

Noto però che prima dell'installazione instant flash del bios, mi dice make sure that you have already stored and backup the recovery key. If the recovery key is missing while encryption is attive, the data will stay encrypted and the sistema will not boot into the operating system.

Considerato quanto detto e considerate le indicazioni della guida che seguirò, posso incorrere in danni?
