I am looking for a decent build for my Sister,
The budget is about 400 € (Mouse&Keyboard not included)
The Pc is only needed for working (Word/Excel etc) and watching Netflix and stuff.
Since she is use to my Pc, i consider a Monitos (23") and and a SSD for fast starting.
I can built the Pc on my own, since i got some exp with it (built my own too)
Is it possible with that amount of money?
In case maybe without the Monitor?
