PROBLEMA super internet plus 20 mega

salve a tutti
oggi ho attivato super internet plus ,vorrei sapere se è possibile aumentare di più la portante.
questi sono i risultati dello speed test.

questi sono i dati del router:

certo che puoi aumentarla visto che tra l altro sei vicininissimo alla centrale , devi chiamare il 187 tasto 2 e chiedere se per piacere ti mettono un profilo a 6db , se non lo trovano chiedi se hanno questo

Molto strano anche perché con quell attenuazione dovresti come minimo in download raggiungere la banda piena , per me ci sono problemi sulla linea , mi pare veramente strano

te l hanno impostato loro o l hai impostato te sul router ??

Ottima linea direi , potresti provare a calare l snr ancora e avresti portante piena
 
Non hai risposto come hai fatto però , cosi almeno se qualcuno ha il tuo stesso problema sa gia come fare

a ottimo sei stato fortunatissimo a trovare un tecnico che te lo cambi subito !! con 3db hai la portante piena !! complimentoski veramente
