sto diventando matto x formattare ub HP G62

Salve ho formatto vari computer,attualmente ho in mano un hp G62 e non riesco ad accedere al bios x impostare l'avvio da cd rom.
ho provato premendo f2 e dopo scelgo bios Management mi esce scritto in inglese :Bios manegement will allow you to update or ralback the version of the bios on the system.
Do not shut down or remove external power from your computer during the process.
you will be given a confirmation screen befopre your bios is modified.
Ho provato a premere BIOS UPDATE MA MI DICE:the system bios update failed

ciao non fare doppi post... questa soluzione l'ho presa sul sito hp:

[FONT=comic sans ms,sans-serif]To access the BIOS, turn on the computer and immediately press the esc key to display the Startup Menu, and then press the F10 key or tap the F10 Key at the HP Logo Screen...[/FONT]
There is a language change option in the BIOS...under the system configuration section....

1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press the F10 key repeatedly until a BIOS Setup screen opens.
   If nothing happens, press the F1 key repeatedly.
