Il telefono con touchscreen si sta imponendo sempre di più, dopo l'avvento dell'iPhone. Uno smartphone, però, non dev'essere per forza un concorrente del prodotto Apple, pur condividendone molti aspetti. HTC ed LG, inseguono il design Apple e la moda del momento, ma hanno creato prodotti diversi, privi di molte delle funzionalità dell'iPhone, e certamente orientati ad un pubblico diverso.
