Raffreddamento PC

Salve a tutti gente, avrei bisogno di farmi un raffreddamento a liquido per cpu, budjet massimo 300€

In particolare volevo sapere per tenere basse temperature tipo sui 20° in idle e 35 max cosa è meglio, H100i - EK Water Blocks EK-KIT H3O 240 HFX o un'impianto fatto da capo????
