Questi modem, ma quanti sono? aiuto scelta di un modem puro senza fronzoli...

salve io sono alla ricerca di un modem molto basilare, niente wifi perche ho gia uno esterno che lo colleghero alla lan, anche niente routher perche ho gia un ottimo switch gigabit, in pratica sono alla ricerca dì un modem senza fronzoli di quelli caterpillar che anche fra 10 anni funzioni perfettamente.
Di marche e modelli ce ne sono una esagerazione ma pultroppoè difficile capirne le reali qualita a causa del loro aver troppo e anche piu.
Il lavoro che dovra fare è piuttosto intensivo, dalle 14 alle 24 ore giornaliere perche dovra gestire le connessioni ad internet di tutti i dispositivi di casa, cell collegati col wifi, pc, nas, tv, sopratutto con una ottima sicurezza dagli attacchi esterni...
accetto anche consigli di modelli per uso aziendale, non solo casalinghi.

sfortunatamente non sono in gradi sapere su che dslam sia, il modem che possiedo non è in grado di farmelo vosualizzare ed ha molti problemi, perde le configurazioni, non mi permette di accedere ad alcune aree del menu, insomma è andato
sono in grado di dirvi solo che possiedo un abbonamento telecom da 7 mbit...

Per esperienza diretta, posso dirti che l'Asus DSL-N55U ha anche il modem integrato. Ha funzionalità eccezionali nella parte "rete domestica" (vedi gestione di un hd come se fosse uno spazio cloud), download a pc spento, estreme configuarbilità, rete wifi ottima (2,4 Ghz + 5 Ghz), stabile, opzioni su ogni cosa, antenne esterne direzionabili, MA, si perché c'è un MA, è fragilino nella parte modem.
Lo sto usando in questo periodo, ha sostituito un Netgear DG834GT, e posso dirti che con il Netgear tutt'ora aggancio le portanti con valori più alti e con conseguente miglior spunto sulla connessione.
I miei valori di linea sono leggermente migliori dei tuoi:

SNR Up : 14.6
SNR Down : 12.0
Line Attenuation Up : 5.6
Line Attenuation Down : 9.8
Data Rate Up : 941
Data Rate Down : 22071

Con il DG834GT invece avevo in UP oltre 1200 e in down sforavo sempre e comunque i 22000.
Spulciando vari post ed informazioni, ho scoperto che il chip RALINK, utilizzato dall'Asus, non va tanto d'accordo con i DSLAM Alcatel (come quello a cui sono agganciato io) ed allora si hanno queste piccole "perdite" (soprattutto se consideri che riesco ad avere questi valori solo impostando lo "Stabilty Adjustment" a + 5db, cosa assolutamente non necessaria sui Netgear con chip Broadcom).
Unico pregio della parte modem dell'Asus N55U sono i ping. Io ho riscontrato 7-8 punti in meno rispetto a prima!

Passando agli altri, l' Asus RT-N66U non ha il modem integrato! E' solo router (con gli stessi pregi dell'Asus N55U)

Il Netgear DGND4000 è anche lui solo router, senza modem integrato.
Il Netgear D6200 non l'ho mai provato, ma Netgear è una garanzia per quanto riguardo i router, soprattutto per la parte modem.

sono fermo tra due modelli
netgear d6200 e dgnd4000
entrambi montano lo stesso chipset broadcom, ma hanno prestazioni del wifi differenti, cosa che a me poco importa.
l'uso che ne farei è abbastanza intensivo, tra le 24 e le 16 ore giornaliere, il d6200 sembra areato meglio e fosrse sopporta meglio le temperature, ma non saprei, sapreste dirmi quale dei due è megliore o da meno problemi, oltre che di temperatura?

Io sinceramente non capisco le tue scelte, dici che vuoi un modem puro poi guardi i d6200 e dgnd4000?
Un modem puro ha porta Rj11 e una o più porta eth a 100 Mb e non ha il wifi.
A meno che tu non abbia necessità di lavoro di ufficio, quindi bisogno di affidabilità, un digicom comboCX va benissimo: meno di 25€ e passa la paura.
Il traffico interno lo gestisci con lo switch. Da quello che hai descritto, il traffico dati esterno non è diverso da quello che ha un utente medio avvezzo alla tecnologia.
La sicurezza di una rete, non si può fare al modem perchè non è compito suo. Così come non è compito di un router.
Se vuoi sicurezza devi farla con un firewall/IPS.

Se poi vuoi guardare apparati che fanno mille altre cose va benissimo, solo che mi sembri molto distante dal tuo post iniziale.
