PROBLEMA Problemi da Alice 7 mega a 20 mega

Salve a tutti.
3 giorni fa ho chiesto l'attivazione della 20 mega e dopo 48 ore mi è arrivata la chiamata automatica che conferma l'attivazione.
Il problema è che quando faccio lo speedtest mi risulta questo:

Cosa devo fare?Ho già chiamato il 187 dicendomi che mi manderanno un tecnico a casa.

infatti il tuo profilo è un 10 mega, e lo speedtest è in linea con questi valori (al di sopra del minimo contrattuale). ma sei in adsl2+?
