salve a tutti, ho ordinato un xiaomi mi5 su gear best...
il giorno dp mi hanno chiesto copia doc + ultima bolletta per accettare pagamento PAYPAL
passa un'altro giorno e mi mandano questo messaggio:

In order to resolve this issue,we would like to offer you the following options:
Option 1: Exchange for product(s) of equivalent value.

If there is any price difference, we will either ask you to pay it or we will refund the balance if any.
Option 2: Refund the item to your GB Wallet (store credit)
We will refund the unavailable item price and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g. If your item is 1usd = 2 points , 3usd=3*2 points => get 6 points etc)(Note:Orders paid with Wallet are not subject to extra points.)
You can use both your wallet and points to purchase your future products.
Option 3:Refund to your Payment Account
By the meantime if the item is available and we haven’t received your reply, we will ship the item you have ordered directly.
If we have not been able to ship after 5 business days, we will refund the item to your GB Wallet automatically.
You can withdraw your wallet balance at anytime, for this please contact us to receive a refund to your Payment account.

alla fine ho deciso per la restiruzione della somma su paypal, perche' la cosa unpo' mi puzzava.
la loro rospista non si è fatta attendere ed è stata questa:

ho risposto al ticket chiedendo informazioni precise se me lo mandano il telefono o meno e che avrei preferito sempre il rimborso. La loro risposta è stata sempre quella come se si originasse automaticamente.
VOLEVO CORTESEMTE SAPERE COME COMPORTARMI, MAGARI SE C'è QUALCUNO CHE HA AVUTO LA STESSA ESPERIENZA PRIMA DI APRIRE EVENTUALMENTE UNA CONTESTAZIONE UFFICIALE CON PAYPAL PER IL RIMBORSO.
