PROBLEMA problema terminale

Salve a tutti, é da qualche giorno che sto utilizzando un mac con yosemite e vorrei disabilitare l'attivazione di adobe uploader. Vi spiego in breve, dovrei compiere questa operazione:

Run Osx/disable_activation_osx as root

if you dont know how to do that, open a terminal window
then issue sudo -s, a root shell will open
then simply do "sh disable_activation_osx" w/o the ""
or ./disable_activation_osx( make it executable chmod 755 disable_activation_osx
you do that from the folder where disable_activation_osx is. (just copy it anywhere on your hdd)

Or do it manually
Add the text below to the bottom of your hosts file. (/private/etc/hosts /et/hosts)

127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 na1r.services.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 hlrcv.stage.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com

Non è che ci stia capendo molto... nel frattempo ho copiato sul desktop questo file (disable_activation_osx), quando vado ad aprirlo mi si attiva il terminale e mi chiede di aggiornare il file host? Io digito 1 (che corrisponde a "yes") e mi da tutti permessi negati.
Come posso fare? Spero possiate aiutarmi...
 
Premesso che non ho mai usato un mac in vita mia, da quello che scrivi sembra che tu abbia aperto il file disable_activation_osx (con doppio click immagino) come utente "normale" e non come utente "root" come indicato nella guida che hai postato.
Questo è il motivo per cui ti da errore nei permessi.

Rileggi meglio le istruzioni che hai postato, c'è scritto esattamente quello che devi fare.
 
dato che non sai usare il terminale, segui le indicazioni per modificare il file hosts manualmente:

fai così: sudo nano /private/etc/hosts /et/hosts. Metti la password e inserisci manualmente:
127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 na1r.services.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 hlrcv.stage.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
Poi alt + x, Y e invio. In questo modo salvi le modifiche
