Problema modem windows 7 no internet access

Ciao ragazzi !

Ho un problema abbastanza noto e comune con l'internet; il mio windows 7 mi dice "no internet access"

Ho un pc fisso, mi connetto al modem TP-LINK TD-W8901G attraverso un cavo ethernet.

Ho avuto questo problema dopo che ho installato dei aggiornamenti per il windows, service pack compreso.
Ho riinstalato quindi il windows 7 ma il problema c'è ancora: Unidentified network, no internet access.
Ho già aggiornato tutti i driver possibli.

In casa ho altri 2 computer portatili connessi allo stesso modem via wifi e funzionano benissimo.
Se provo a connettere un portatile al mio cavo ethernet mi da lo stesso problema, no internet access.

Invece se provo a connettere il mio pc ad un altro modem che ho in casa (1 sola porta ethernet) l'internet va.
Com'è sta cosa ?

Ditemi magari cosa devo controllare nella configurazione del router che non va, quella roba li PPPoe LLC e robe varie.

piccola parentesi riguardo (è da quasi 1 anno che ogni sera dalle ore 20 fino alle 22 ognitanto la connessione va giù e mi dice no internet access, questo l'ha sempre fatto su tutti i computer della casa contemporaneamente, un mio amico mi aveva detto di cambiare delle impostazioni del router)

ciao hai provato tante volte a cambiare il cavo? non conosco il tuo router e quindi non so come configurare il tuo router ma proviamo a configurare la tua scheda di rete ho bisogno che tu mi fornisca una cosa.

Dal pc che non si connette mi devi dare questo comando

da un notebook che si connette in wifi stesso comando. Posta entrambi e vediamo come configurare la rete del tuo pc fisso. Per le cadute di sera della connessione prova a sentire il tuo provider

ora vai in Pannello di controllo\Rete e Internet\Connessioni di rete tasto destro sulla scheda di rete proprietà
disabilita l'ipv6 e poi seleziona ipv4 e clicca su proprietà

indirizzo ip 192.168.1.155 <- verifica prima che non vi sia un'altro pc con lo stesso ip
subnet mask 255.255.255.0 lo mette in automatico
gateway 192.168.1.1

dns primario 8.8.8.8
secondario 8.8.4.4

sono di google

dopo che hai configurato la scheda apri il prompt e scrivi ping 192.168.1.1 se esegue il ping sei apposto

prova a disinstallare i driver della scheda di rete e poi installarli nuovamente con i parametri che ti ho dato prima
