Salve a tutti,

ho un probema circa l'installazione di java. SO installato da zero e java non c'era, quindi sono andato sul sito della Oracle ed ho lanciato l'ultimo aggiornamento e durante l'installazione esce fuori un messaggio di errore: Java update did not complete. Code error 1618. Please refer to the Java Help Center etc.....

Come risolvere? Grazie

"This fixed my problem:I wanted to point out the fix I ran into with this exact problem.
It appears KB2918614 broke the Windows Installer Service. Go to your Windows Update History and remove that update. Then reboot and try again.
If this fixes it. Hide this windows update until Microsoft comes up with a fix for it."

Si infatti l'avevo letto anch'io ed ho risolto così. Ma già che ci sono un altro problema è il "Get Windows 10", la notifica per installare win10. Come toglierla?
