Problema EIST!

Salve a tutti questa è la mia config:
-i5 2400
-msi p67a-c45 B3
-g.skill sniper 1600Mhz cl9 1.25v 8gb(4gb x2)
-sapphire 6870
-tx 650v2 650w
-arctic cooling freezer xtreme rev.2
-cm 690 II lite
-spinpoint f4 320gb
Detto questo...ho notato aprendo spesso aida 64 che il mio processore dimezza la velocità di clock a seconda del carico,cioè da 3100 mhz a 1550 + o -,io sapevo che questa funzione era regolata dall'eist per questo l'ho disabilitato dal clickbios poichè non volevo che la mia cpu subisse degli "sbalzi" perlomeno così consistenti visto che viene dimezzata la velocità e non ridotta gradatamente...
Il problema qual è? l'eist è disabilitato e il clock viene dimezzato a seconda del carico comunque!

ci sono due controlli che fanno quasi la stessa cosa, c'è anche il C1E, controlla che sia disabilitato anche quello, qui una sommaria spiegazione:

Some people think their OC will be more stable if they disable C1E and SpeedStep. It will, but that's usually because they don't understand what these features do and how to compensate for it (it's not hard).

Both of them do similar things but under slightly different circumstances. C1E lowers the core voltage and multiplier when the CPU is halted, while SpeedStep (EIST) lowers the core voltage and multiplier when the CPU load drops below a certain level, or can turn control over to the operating system to put this function entirely under OS or even user control. The voltage change is in single steps (see the VID table in your processor datasheet) until the processor reaches the desired voltage.

il c1e era già disabilitato e non cambiava nulla così ho disabilitato anche intel c-state e va benissimo a 3100 mhz fissi... :D
