PROBLEMA Problema Con Teamspeak3

Salve ,sto impazzendo da alcuni giorni. Team speack3 non si riesce a collegare al server che ho comprato appositamente.... gli altri utilizzatori entrano senza problemi... tranne me.
Ho provato a disabilitare firewall di windows, non ho disattivato l antivirus poichè non lo uso, ho cercato nel router qualunque cosa riguardasse la sicurezza e l ho disabilitata.... ma niente il programma mi risponde :

se lo pingo mi risponde, "mannaggia a lui", il provider mi ha detto che da loro è tutto in regola e funziona bene... infatti i miei amici entrano.

sono riuscito a installare ts3 su un portatile con ubuntu anche li mi dice lo stesso errore. credo sia quindi problema di router. .
Ho provato a usare il telefonino come router e si collega. Ho girato per ore nei menu del router , ho disabilitato praticamente tutto, cosa può essere?
