Problema con adept

Ciao a tutti..
ho da poco reistallato kubuntu ma questa volta la versione 7.10 sul mio pc e ho subito un problema..
infatti non riesco ad installare nessuno applicazione tramite adept visto che me le segna tutte grigie..

se può servire allego anche il file soureces.list
