Problema Bluescreen

ciao a tutti...oggi mentre vado su google hangouts (programma per fare una streaming su youtube) mi fiene fuori lo schermo blu con scritto in pratica che c'è stato un grave errore e mi viene riavviato il pc. Riprovo ad andare su hangouts e di nuovo... Windows mi dice che l'errore è (e qui vi riporto cosa c'era scritto sui dettagli dell errore);

ciao ho letto il tuo messaggio in pvt ma sappi che alla prossima cestinerò senza leggere il contenuto se hai fretta paga qualcuno che lo faccia al tuo posto il forum è un luogo dove chi ha tempo e voglia aiuta e non deve essere obbligato nel farlo. cmq il sistema è originale? hai già testato la ram? scarica memtest dai un passata di malwarebytes

guarda che non volevo metterti fretta...te l'ho chiesto solo perchè ho visto che avevi risposto a moltissimi topic di questa sezione, e quindi vuol dire che te ne intendi di so....comunque come si fa ad utilizzare memtest?? devo avviarlo col bios?? dammi delle dritte perchè sono abbastanzetta inesperto su queste cose...

ok xfetto ho fatto il test con memtest e nessun problema rillevato....e allora che si può far ora?? semmai riprovo a fare un hangout e poi ti dico...

Sembra un driver stacca la webcam se la hai installata

ok fatto...guarda ho provato anche a fare una ricerca su google e c'era un post sul sito della microsoft che diceva che poteva essere un errore del driver della scheda grafica....ora l'ho reinstallato e ho staccato la webcam...aspetta che riprovo...

guarda io ho anche bundle tastiera/mouse wirless sempre della trust ed ogni tanto per qualche decina di secondi la tastiera non funziona più...mi tocca tipo sbatterla un po' e poi riparte, ed ho anche un microfono da 5 euro che si sente peggio anche se è attaccasto alla bocca che col microfono integrato sulla webcam che dista mezzo metro...proprio "trust" "fiducia"...si bisogna avere fiducia che fa schifo...che è una *****...
comunque grazie mille per l'aiuto che mi hai dato!!
