PROBLEMA problema avvio portatile con mouse e touchpad

salve, ho un problema con il mio pc portatile HP 250 G5 (i5 7200U): quasi sempre quando avvio il pc con WIN11 la tastiera e il touchpad è come se non comunicassero, ma il mouse usb viene rilevato. Per risolvere tutte le volte devo riavviare nuovamente il pc senza modo da poter fare l'accesso (a meno che non utilizzi la tastiera su schermo con il mouse usb). Da che può dipendere questo problema? Cosa mi consigliate di provare?

volevo aggiungere che dopo il problema, una volta riavviato il pc, mouse e touchpad vengono rilevati correttamente. durante l'uso del pc non ho mai avuto alcun problema con questi dispositivi, ho problemi solo durante il primo avvio da spento.

Method 1

1. Search for and open Control Panel using the search feature.
2. Choose View by: Category, then select Hardware and Sound.
3. Select Power Options.
4. Select Choose what the power buttons do.
5. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
6. Check or uncheck turn on fast startup to enable or disable the feature.
