salve, ho un problema, al mio portatile dell hp ho aggiornato il sistema con il disco di ripristino originale in dotazione, dal momento che l'ho fatto, il sistema adesso non mi riconosce piu le porte usb, e oltre a questo ,mi esce la scritta, pure di trayapp non so' cosa sia, forse un file di istallazione, e' non va' via facilmente ma mi chiede di inserire il disco e premere enter, grazie per la collaborazione e un saluto a tutto il forum. :cry:

Puo' darsi che non fosse il CD di ripristino, quello avrebbe installato un sistema funzionante con tutti i driver...
Prova a vedere se in dotazione hai anche il CD con tutti i driver del portatile.

in effetti, tutto e' nato da un mio dubbio quando il mio lettore mp3 winamp mi eseguiva canzoni , si sentiva che sotto qualche funzioe di programma mi si rallentava il sistema tale da farmi sentire musica spezzettata, ho pensato che fosse qualche virus,oppure memoria piena... ma tutto questo non e' stato in quanto il mio hard disk e' di 100gb e' arrivavo appena al 45%della memoria interna, poi inserendoil cd del sistema operativo in dotazione al computer , sembrava quasi fatta! infatti adesso i brani usicali funzionano perfettamente! solo che ho notato che non mi funzionano le porte seriali usb, non so' cosa sia successo...... funziona tutto tranne le porte usb mi puoi aiutare, per qualche dritta, te ne sarei moltissimo grato grazie,e un saluto

hai fatto un messaggio doppio..i mod provvederanno..ma sati attento! ;)
cmq prova a installare i deriver manualmente da sistema utilizzando il cd.. :nod: :)

... e facci sapere se trovi i driver del portatile, soprattutto!
