PC nuovo, incominciano i problemi (Aero e UEFI)

Finalmente oggi sono riuscito a terminare il mio PC. Montato il tutto lo accendo, installo Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit, installo i driver e fin qui tutto liscio. Dopo un po' però tutto si impalla, il cursore sfarfalla leggermente e alla fine il tema di Windows torna al basic (disabilitando Aero). Il motivo dato da Windows è una insufficiente quantità di risorse o giu' di li. Ora, il pc è quello in firma.. dubito sia una carenya di risorse. Ho controllato, gli 8gb di ram sembrano venire letti tutti, l´sdd idem.. Quale può essere il problema?

Inoltre non riesco ad accedere al bios. Quando accendo il PC, premo ripetutamente F2 o DEL, solo che rimane allo splash screen della MB finché, come indicato sullo schermo, premo TAB per "cambiare schermata" e parte Windows normalmente.. Come faccio? C'è un modo di levare sto fatto del premete TAB e accedere al bios?
