PARAMETRI INTERFACCIA ROUTER

Ciao a tutti, sono passato dalla 7 mega alla 20 mega in prova per un mese e da li o iniziato a controllare la connssione, con il 187 servizio tecnico sono riuscito a vedere quanta connessione arriva al mio moden, almeno da come l'operatore mi a spiegato,dicendomi che i 20 mega ci sono e che il problema sta nelle impostazioni o nel hardware che.
Vorrei capirci un po di più sui parametri, se si possono modificare per avere una connessione migliore.
Se è vero che il problema e hardware come posso capirlo.

O provato a fare la procdura della guida di tecno24 digitando su start - esegui - gpedit.msc ma no mi trova il file, o XP HOME EDITIO VERSIONE 2002 PACK 3.
