Notebook aspire 6920 si spegne da solo...

Ciao,
è da qualche tempo che il computer mi si spegne da solo nel momento in cui utilizzo dei programmi più pesanti, ma anche durante dei copia incolla dell'ordine di qualche giga dal computer all'hd esterno.

La ventola è sempre accesa e il computer è caldo: la temperatura del pc è costante sui 59-60 gradi anche se non ho nessun programma acceso, ma provando a far partire un gioco in pochissimo mi sale sui 70. Ho controllato nei log di windows che riportano una interruzione inaspettata del sistema.

Cosa devo fare? Cambiare la ventola e il dissipatore di calore?
