PROBLEMA My pc freezes constantly

So i had this problem since january where my pc freezes and makes a loud buzzing sound i fixed it by running verifier ( since i did verifier it happened 2 more times but fixed it again with verifier)now using verifier is not working and sometimes when i boot the pc it shows no video it goes from hdmi to analog in a loop . tried formatting but it crashes midway so cant do also my pc is not producing any minidump files i have enabled it and everything but nothing.

Heres my configuration
Windows 10 pro version 22h2
Motherboard:Asus H110M-K
CPU: I7 6700T 2.80 GHz
16gb ram
GPU: NVIDIA geforce gtx 1650 super
