PROBLEMA Msi X570 Gaming pro carbon led spenti, errore dal registro eventi "LEDKeeper2.exe"

Salve ragazzi, da qualche giorno ho il problema sopra indicato nella mia configurazione, i led della scheda madre restano spenti senza alcuna possibilità di poterli controllare nemmeno da dragon center, sia ram che scheda video hanno dei led rgb che potevo benissimo controllare con dragon center, ma ora non più, quando apro mystic light non risponde ai comandi e alle volte il software crasha.
Ho provato a fare le seguenti cose:
-Aggiornamento bios
-Disinstallazione di dragon center e sdk profonda
-reinstallato da zero sistema operativo windows 10
-scollegato il pc dalla corrente e premuto il tasto on per scaricare
-rimozione batteria tampone
-provate vecchie versioni dei programmi di gestione led
