PROBLEMA Mouse USB smette a caso di funzionare

A volte funziona, altre volte no. (il cursore non si muove). Sono certo che non è un problema del mouse perché ho provato a cambiare porta e ho anche provato un altro mouse ma il problema persiste. Qualcuno ha idea su come risolvere?

Uso Debian Jessie. La mia versione del kernel è 3.16.0-4-amd64.

Avvia il computer senza la chiavetta usb del mouse collegata, apri un terminale e lanci il comando journalctl -f, inserisci la chiavetta usb del mouse e già lì dovresti notare dei movimenti nel terminale. Quando il mouse smette di funzionare guarda nel terminale se c'è qualche messaggio attinente, in caso riporta quel messaggio.

Fatto. Nessun messaggio nuovo, solo la frase "No journal files were found" .
 
Prova col comando dmesg -w. Apri il terminale, lancia il comando, stacca la chiavetta, conta sino a 10 e poi rimettila, così identifichi la voce/nomenclatura etcetc del mouse. Quando si blocca vedi se c'è qualche messaggio.

Nel sistema hai installato una qualche applicazione per il controllo energetico, tipo power-tools o roba così? In caso sia presente vedi se hai modo di impostare a off la sospensione sulle usb quando non sono in uso.
