PROBLEMA La connessione mi è andata a quel paese....

Ciao a tutti ragazzi nelle ultime settimane ho notato che la connessione faceva schifo... le pagine si caricavano molto lentamente, il ping sui giochi a volte sballava e da 60 di ping arrivava a 1100 ecc.

io ho telecom, e se non sbaglio dovrei avere 7 mega.
Posso fare qualcosa per risolvere questo problema?

A mi sono dimenticato di dire una cosa, spesso accade che la pagina di chrome si chiude con un messaggio di errore: "Impossibile visualizzare la pagina web"
