Oggi ho fatto il mio aggiornamento quotidiano di arch e quando ho riacceso il computer(dopo la schermata di grub) Appare la seguente scritta:

Seguito da scritte tipo panic+0xc1/0x1d0


Credo che non trovi più l'immagine initframs ma come è possibile?
Questo problema si è presentato dopo l'aggiornamento al kernel 3.7.10-1

Per assicurarti che quella versione del kernel sia buggata, prova a cercare sul forum di archlinux. Se è confermato o ti compili una versione precedente o aspetti le patch.
 
Sul forum non ho trovato niente quindi non ho idea se sia buggato o no

Si, devi usare chroot. Da me funziona, quindi è successo qualcosa di brutto sul tuo PC. Ma non è che magari (banalmente) manca l'opzione init=/bin/systemd al file grub.cfg?
