PROBLEMA INFOSTRADA LENTA!!!

Salve a tutti ho una adsl in ull con infostrada che,per il primo mese è andata bene circa 2.8 mbit/s in down e 0.40 in up (che per dove vivo io è molto) ma dopo un violento temporale circa a novembre è diventata lenta e speedtest segnava 1.6mbit. Dopo un po mi sono messo il cuore in pace visto che non avevo disconnessioni o cose simili,ma nell'ultimo periodo navigo a momenti e ci sono delle specie di lacune nel web per tipo 10 sec (anche nei download) ogni circa 2min. Potete aiutarmi a rimettere il download sopra i 2 mega o perlomeno a rendere la linea stabile? il ping in se è molto buono (verso maya 17-18 ms) quindi non credo andrebbe migliorato... Prima di avere infostrada avevo vodafone sempre in ull e in certi giorni andavo anche a 3.2 mega
ah già abito anni luce dalla centrale telecom -.-

Cominciamo con il dire che con quei valori è un miracolo che tu abbia adsl... detto questo, hai provato a staccare tutti i filtri ed i telefoni che hai in casa e collegare solo il router alla presa principale per vedere se i valori migliorano?
In caso negativo, devi insistere con il provider poichè ci sarà qualche problema sulla linea

esatto con 62db di attenuazione è gia tanto che attivano la adsl
 
Io comunque darei anche un occhiatina alle prese,magari c'è qualche condensatore occulto
 
ho capito che sono distante ma come mai prima andava a 2.8 fisssi e adesso per vedere un video a 360 p su youtube devo aspettare 2 min
?
 
Evidentemente è aumentato il rumore sulla linea, questo può dipendere anche da nuove attivazioni di adsl

con quell attenuazione anche se passi a Telecom non risolvi di certo il problema anzi rischi che vista la distanza non ti attivano nemmeno la linea o al massimo ti diano una 640kb
