Infostrada 20 mega va solo a 4 mega (dati inclusi)

ho attivato infostrada all inclusive unlimited 1 mese fa
prima navigavo a 6 mega e adesso mi hanno abassato a 4 mega
posso fare qualcosa ?

secondo me devo riuscire a navigare attorno ai 12-14 mega
cosa ne pensate?

Con 8db di snr in download più di cosi non ti danno !! devi vedere se all interno dell impianto telefonico di casa ci sono delle prese tripolari magari marchiate SIP che possono crearti problemi

Ciao! A me faceva lo stesso ma dopo aver tolto il filtro adsl dalla presa e ho attaccato il modem direttamente ad essa va da Dio! Questo problema è comune a tutti coloro che hanno infostrada! Se nella presa hai un filtro a cui è collegato il telefono stacca e prova a collegare il modem direttamente alla presa....se hai già collegato così non so dirti..
