Buongiorno a tutti,

Ieri mi hanno attivato All Inclusive Unlimited 20 Mega. Ho subito collegato e configurato il modem Tp-Link che ho acquistato. La portante mi da i seguenti valori ed una banda di quasi 8 Mega.

Secondo voi riusciranno, dopo i 10 gg di prove, a settarmi la portante a 20 Mega?

Le compagnie dicono FINO A tot mega, non adsl A 20 mega.. Attenzione su questo!
Quindi se tel'hanno settata cosi, prova a chiamare e chiedere se possono alzarti la banda senò te la lasciano cosi senza aumentartela per risparmiare su altri utenti.
Se te lo fanno sei fortunato, senò sono due le cose, o non la alzano per risparmiare (ma qui si parla di infostrada non dei truffatori della vodafone) oppure perchè dove abiti te non arrivano 20 mega, e se provano ad'alzarla e non regge, il sistema automatico delle linee te la fa scendere fino a che non trova la stabilità.

con quei valori ti mettono certo a 20mega , per ora però ti lasciano a 7mega per vedere se la linea regge , mi raccomando di non staccare il modem per 10 giorni e se dopo i 10 giorni non hanno messo a 20mega non chiamare il 155 ma segnala la cosa al loro profilo di facebook che fai prima
 
Sono trascorsi 10 giorni dall' attivazione della linea e mi hanno settato la portante ad 8 Mega. I valori però mi sembrano buoni e sono i seguenti.

Ho chiamato l' 155 (tasto 1, non la segnalazione guasti). Mi hanno specificato che la linea ADSL può arrivare fino a 20 Mega. Ho insistito dicendo che con i miei valori potevo arrivarci e mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto altri 10 giorni di prove.

Consigli?

no al 155 non capiscono niente altri 10 giorni :lol: manda una email a: communitymanagerwind@libero.it specificando che vuoi il profilo massimo 19999 e 999 metti i tuoi dati con il codice cliente e in poco tempo ti aumentano la velocità
da me in meno di un giorno mi hanno aumentato al massimo profilo
