PROBLEMA Il computer si blocca quando uso Google Chrome :(

Salve a tutti, avrei un grosso problema... quando navigo con Google Chrome dopo diversi minuti... il pc si blocca! Appare una schermata blu con delle scritte bianche, sembrerebbe proprio la classica... "schermata blu della morte" ! (se non avete presente vi allego un'immagine: http://www.rudybandiera.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/schermata-blu.jpg).
Per esempio con il buon (si fa per dire) e vecchio Internet Explorer non mi succede questo, e neanche con Opera.
Le uniche volte che può succedermi è quando mi diverto con i giochi online multiplayer standoci attaccato come un nerd per delle ore e può venire questa schermata massimo 2-3 volte in tutto il giorno.
Premettendo che ho già disinstallato e reinstallato Google Chrome diverse volte e, utilizzando il programma CCleaner ho fatto la pulizia del suddetto browser, c'è un modo per risolvere il mio problema? Non voglio rinunciare per nessun motivo a Chrome, a mio parare è il miglior browser in circolazione... spero di riuscire a trovare un aiutino :) grazie in anticipo a tutti!

No la vga non l'ho messa in overclock (a parte che manco so come farlo..), guardando la pagina a cui mi hai indirizzato non sono riuscito comunque a risolvere il problema, a me appare: 0x00000019 e poi tra parantesi altre serie di numeri, non so spero sia utile quel 0x00000019 grazie in anticipo.
 
Si ok ma quello che capita molto di più è l'altro... quindi volevo partire da quello è poi risolvere gli altri
