ciao, ho il tuo stesso problema attualmente e sto cercando di risolvere, con XMP disattivato hai solo modificato di poco inferiore la frequenza delle tue ram? ti crasha più dopo tutti questi giorni? mi confermi che facendo così potrei risolvere? io attualmente le ho a 4000MHz con XMP...potrei metterle a 3900Mhz.
