Garanzia Sparkle su geforce 6600gt, inutile provarci?

un paio di giorni fa mi sono bruciato la scheda video :muro: (ed esattamente si è bruciato un chip e si è staccato dalle 2 saldature che lo teneva collegato) ed è una geforce 6600 gt della Sparkle..
però non ho lo scontrino (perchè l'ho acquistata su ebay e ora che ho provato a ricontattare chi me l'ha venduta non mi risponde) e non ho più la sua scatola originale.... però almeno dissipatore e adesivi che c'erano prima sono ancora integri come il primo giorno che l'ho avuta.
se spedisco una email alla sparkle x sapere se me la cambiano.. c'è qualche speranza o è totalmente inutile?
 
l'indirizzo e-mail non l'ho trovato nemmeno io.....cmq se vai in Company Information trovi i numeri di telefono e fax.....
 
sono riuscito a trovare l'email.. però azzo devo scriverla in inglese... te come te la cavi con l'inglese?

first thing: sorry for my english but i don't speak it very well.
I bought a your vga card, the geforce 6600 gt 256 mb ddr3 (model SP-PX43GDH 256MB), but after 5 months when i had reboot the system, the monitor was still black, i called a technician pc and sayed me the vga card is burn. I don't know why the vga card was burned, so i can't do anything with this vga card. So I ask you if is possibile replace it, sorry but i lost the box of vga card.
