PROBLEMA Freeze Windows 8

Ciao a tutti, ho un grave problema sul mio pc ormai da un bel pò di tempo che non riesco proprio a risolvere, prima avevo windows 7 e spesso il pc andava in blue screen, pochi giorni fa ho installato windows 8 e purtroppo il problema è rimasto, solo che ora, anziché andare in blue screen il pc si blocca completamente ed è necessario spegnere manualmente il pc; questo è un bel problema perchè oltretutto non mi permette di eseguire un analisi con WhoCrashed e capire la vera causa del problema. Aggiungo che il pc ha una scheda video integrata Nvidia 7100 e che due anni fa avevo installato una Nvidia GT220 esterna, che ho poi rimosso reputandola la causa del problema. Grazie in anticipo
 
ciao se il pc va ancora in bsod scarica dalla mia firma whocrashed e posta la lettura fai copia incolla qui

Ho fatto tutti i testi con hd tune ma dice che è tutto a posto..

Riporto l' analisi di who crashed dell' ultimo bsod avvenuto poco fa, magari dice qualcosa in più
