FPS lag nei giochi

salve da un po di tempo sto riscontrando dei problemi col mio pc che non riesce piu a reggere giochi che prima reggeva senza problemi,il problema é che giocando gli fps in gioco calano drasticamente randomicamentee tornano normali dopo un po ma non capisco come sia possibile dato che anche abbassando la grafica il lagg si ripresenta quindi ho provato a vedere il problema con latencymoon é questi sono i risultati che mi ha dato ma non capisco il problema potete aiutarmi a risolverlo

Hai problemi di segnale wifi non si sa se riferiti ai driver non aggiornati oppure a segnale insufficiente. Verifica

I driver wifi ho provato già ad aggiornarli una volta ma non si connetteva più al wifi quindi li ho rimessi come prima come posso verificare se è colpa dei driver o del segnale insufficente
