Errore 3194 durante l'aggiornamento SW

Ho un iPod Touch 3G, con software 4.1 JB con ra1nmeter che attualmente si trova in DFU, quindi è di fatto inutilizzabile.
Il problema è che, quando provo a ripristinarlo con iTunes, tentando di installare iOS 5 e quindi conseguentemente procedere col ripristino, mi viene restituito l'errore 3194.
Non so proprio come risolvere, ho cercato qualche guida online ma non mi ha aiutato tantissimo. Confido nel forum di Tom's ;)
 
In questo percorso C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc vai su hosts e metti vedi di avere il file di testo uguale al mio. In caso contario togli gli indirizzi che iniziano con 78/79 or similia

Ragazzi io ho lo stesso problema ma non ho quella stringa nel file host...Ho un Iphone 4 con firmware 4.3.5 e voglio portarlo al 5.0.1 ma mi da l'errore 3194. L'ho provato anche su un altro pc e reinstallato anche 2 volte Itunes...Come risolvo?
 
ma se non lho mai installato come faccio ad avere gli shsh del 5.0.1? Posso prendere anche gli shsh di un altro iphone?
 
Avresti potuto salvarlo con tinyumbrella collegandolo al pc. Gli shsh si possono salvare anche se il device non è jb. Gli shsh sono unici per ogni dispositivo, quindi attualmente non c'è nessun modo per installare il 5.0.1.
 
Guarda che per dispositivi iPhone 4 e 3GS e stato trovato il metodo per fare il downgrade a precedenti iOS 5.x.x utilizzando un custom firmware creato con ifaith. Attualmente solo per 4s non esiste alcun metodo.
 
Gli shsh si possono recuperare usando tinyumbrella..e scaricarli da cydia...
cydia salva in automatico gli shsh del proprio iphone...
per poterlo fare occorre:
-tinyumbrella
-telefono jailibreak con cydia installato...
(ad esempio: se al tuo iphone avevi messo come nome (mario con ios 5.01 e jailibreak)..e adesso gli hai messo come nome (gianni) devi cambiare nome telefono (da tinyumbrella in esecuzione) e inserire quello che usavi all'epoca quando avevi il jailibreak con quel determinato ios o shsh che avevi..
e tiny umbrella te li scarica sul computer!

l'ho testato personalmente e ho recuperato tutti gli shsh a partire dal 4.3.3
