DOMANDA Consiglio SSD M.2 da usare come memoria esterna veloce di archiviazione

Qualcuno gentilmente mi può aiutare a scegliere un SSD M.2 da usare come memoria esterna veloce di archiviazione, possibilmente di marche note e da almeno 1tb (meglio 2)
Potrebbe andar bene anche un Gen 4.
