quindi andrai a fare rendering da gpu? le micro ATX hanno già 2 slot per PCI, la dimensioni rispetto all'ATX cambia in altezza, non in larghezza

NO FERMO occhio alla scheda madre, la Tomahawk che ti ho suggerito è per i Ryzen 5000, non va bene per Intel 11400, devi prendere o la MSI torpedo che ti ha suggerito mr_loco o una simile con chipset B560 come la Asus TUF Gaming B560-Plus WIFI
